Buyers - our promise to you

In a nutshell, it all comes down to this…We believe in treating our clients as we would like to be treated. By the time you are signing on the dotted line, we want you to feel confident in your choice and all that entails.

We know that when you are looking to purchase Real Estate you're not simply buying bricks and mortar. Rather you are looking at the communities and what each has to offer you in the way of a quality of life. We know that you want…and need…information beyond how many bedrooms and baths a house has. You may be asking the question about the schools. But behind it all is the question…can I be happy here? Is this the best decision for me…for my family?

While we can't answer that question for you, we know it's one you have to be able to answer before you buy. Our goal is to help educate you on the buying process; to answer your many questions, and to ask you questions that you might not have thought of. 

We know every client is different, maybe this is your third investment property or the fifth time you moved, or maybe it's your very first purchase. Whichever is the case we listen to you! We meet you at the level you are in the process. 

And once we find that home, (and we will), we'll be right there with you walking you through the process from financing, to inspection, to negotiating repairs to ordering surveys all the way to the exciting point of when you get the keys and are walking into your new home.  

It's not about bells and whistles, fancy cars or fancy web pages. It's not about a slick appearance or a Real Estate agent that constantly is saying what you want to hear. You want your Real Estate agent pointing out the not-so-obvious things about a home and/or area; asking you questions to help you think the purchase through fully. How would you feel if the ranch behind you was sold two years down the road and they decided to build another subdivision? A shopping center? Or pointing out that the roof is 20+ years old, so you can decide if you prepared to repair or replace it in another few years? We will make sure you saw that the disclosures foundation repair was done. or there is an identified problem and it's not done. In either case, how do you feel about that? We'd recommend that you make the drive to and from work during whatever hours you would normally drive. Or check out the neighborhood at night and see how it feels. Maybe even take a walk around the neighborhood and see what impressions you get. And the list can go on and on. 

Our job is to make sure you've asked all of the right questions so that there are no surprises, or disappointments down the way. If we see something negative about a house that might affect resale, we'll be sure to point it out. You might love the bathtub in the middle of the master bath…but if you're telling us you may transfer in a year or two, we will point out that most people won't like it. It's ultimately your decision but we want to make sure it is an educated one.
