Buyers - our promise to you
In a nut shell…We believe in treating our clients as we would like to be treated.
We at Adkor know that when you are looking to purchase Real Estate you're not simply buying bricks and mortar. Rather you are looking at the communities and what each has to offer you in the way of a quality of life. We know that you want…and need… information beyond how many bedrooms and baths a house has. You may be asking the question about the schools. But behind it all is the question…can I be happy here? Is this the best decision for me…for my family?
While we can't answer that question for you specifically, we know it's there. Our goal is to help educate you on the buying process; to answer your many questions, to give you as much information as you need about the Austin and San Marcos area, the houses you are considering, other homes in the area. If you are new to the Austin Area we'll make sure you are aware of your options.
We know every client is different, maybe this is your third investment property or the fifth time you moved, or maybe it's your very first purchase. Whichever is the case we listen to you! We meet you at the level you are in the process.
Our goal is to provide you with the Real Estate information as well as other information you may need so that when you find a house that you're considering to purchase, you'll feel ready to make an offer with confidence.
And once that contract is written and executed, the Adkor Team is right there with you walking you through the entire escrow process from financing, to inspection, to negotiating repairs to ordering surveys they will be there up to the point that you receive your keys and are walking into your new home.
Bottom line: After moving over 13 times with four kids and two dogs, you can believe Celeste when she says she had an opportunity first hand to learn what she wanted (and didn't want) in a Real Estate agent.
It's not about bells and whistles, fancy cars or fancy web pages. It's not about a slick appearance or a Real Estate agent that constantly is saying what you want to hear. You want your Real Estate agent pointing out the not-so-obvious things about a home and area, asking you questions to help you think the purchase through fully. How would you feel if the ranch behind you was sold two years down the road and they decided to build another subdivision? A shopping center? This roof is 20+ years old, are you prepared to repair it in another few years? The papers indicate a history of foundation repairs, are you willing to deal with that? This would be a 50 minute drive for you, are you sure you are okay with that? Why don't you try driving one day during rush hour and see how you feel?
When all is said and done our goal is to eliminate any surprises for you. A gorgeous home may not be the perfect home for you for many reasons. Our job is to make sure you've asked all of the right questions so that there are no surprises, or disappointments down the way. If we see something negative about a house that might affect resale, we'll be sure to point it out. You might love the bathtub in the middle of the master bath…but if you're telling us you may transfer in a year or two, we will point out that most people won't like it. It's ultimately your decision but we want to make sure it is an educated one.
We at Adkor believe in building long term relationships. We are building our business on referrals and repeat business so we want to be sure that that the decision you make today is one you will be comfortable with five years from now. We want to become your Real Estate Agent of choice…for life. We want your referrals.
Our goal from start to end is to provide you with enough information so that when you find a house that you're considering to purchase, you'll feel ready to make an offer with confidence
